Welcome The NZSDT is a professional membership that registers qualified Diversional Therapists and promotes the highest standards of quality care and services in the community. The New Zealand Society of Diversional Therapists supports education, local groups and a national conference, which is held each year.  Full registration at the discretion of the society is open to those currently employed as Diversional Therapists, Motivation Therapists, Activities or Recreation Officers and Occupational Therapy Aides. The society also publishes the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of the NZ Society of Diversional Therapy for use of all DT’s, tutors and assessors.   Full details can be found on the main DT site below.
